Some of the most common documents that are notarized are affidavits, vehicle titles, powers of attorney, wills & last testaments, permits, bills of sale, claim forms, and many more.
An acknowledgment is when the signer acknowledges his or her signature and the notary public notarizes the signature. Acknowledgments do not require a notary to witness you sign, but it's always a good practice to do so anyway.
A jurat is when the signer is required to give an oath or affirmation that the contents of the document being notarized are true and correct. Jurats do require a notary to witness the signature and are commonly used in affidavits and vehicle titles.
$5 per notarial act + a $35 travel fee.

Driver's license, passport, state ID, military ID, or any other government-issued photo ID will do the trick.
Currently, I do not offer loan signing services.
